Requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or applicable opt-out rights. Identity verification may be required. Requests can be sent to support@revinfraworks.com.

Retention exceptions

Security, financial, attendance, audit, acceptance, and legal records are not automatically deleted when a valid contractual, security, legal, or dispute basis requires retention. Workforce-data requests may be routed to the subscribing employer.

What to include

Include the account or organization you are contacting us about and enough information for us to verify the request. Do not email passwords, payment secrets, or precise location coordinates.
